Storybook: The Piggy Bank That Wanted to Travel

The Piggy Bank That Wanted to Travel

The Good Character Club eBook Series (For Juniors Ages 4–7 Years Old)

Leo’s ceramic piggy bank, Pip, suddenly blinks its big blue eyes and invites Leo on a grand mission to save up for an aquarium adventure. Learning that every coin acts as a stepping stone toward his dream, Leo begins collecting quarters found on the kitchen floor, earning pennies by sweeping the back porch, and choosing to save a dime instead of spending it on a candy bar at the grocery store. When impatience strikes on a rainy afternoon, Pip gently reminds Leo that great things take time and steady effort. Leo takes on extra chores like folding laundry and stacking books to fill Pip to the brim. Arriving at the grand aquarium, Leo and Pip gaze in awe at glowing jellyfish and a friendly sea turtle pressing against the glass, celebrating the magical reward of delayed gratification and teamwork.
