Hi guys,
Stage for Kids Global is on sale… Maybe.
Welcome to an odd page on Stage for Kids Global; I’m Emil Antoan, the Founder and CEO of Stage for Kids Global.
I’ve always been a creative, eccentric, dramatic, wonky, world traveling idealist – great with people, especially kids, and full of imagination.
I founded SFKG, and Stage for Kids International (SFKI) years back filled with imagination, wonder, dedication to making sure that the lives of chilren are brightened by what we do – and we have been successful. We’ve been strong for more than a decade, through SARS, through Covid, through many and much – a testament to our work, passion, value, worth and reputation.
These are established companies – both SFKG and SFKI.
In the past 3 years, the Singapore education climate has changed and I’m 43 – it now has become a business, and I’m not so great with that.
So, an idea struck this morning: what are the possibilities for both SFKG and SFKI? I’m not making money from my babies now, but I’m also debt free – everything that SFKG and SFKI have done have been self sufficient, we are not tied to anyone, anything, or any debt. Lets understand SFKG/SFKI a little more.
So here’s the basics of both SFKG and SFKI.
SFKG focuses on enrichement programs, our Shop.StageforKids.com, and everything else that SFKG does.
SFKI is the arts group arm having done a decade of self-funded, created, promoted, directed, and performed interactive musicals across Singapore.
The best part? Because whatever we’ve done have been self-funded – both SFKG and SFKI are debt free. Zero debt.
Owe no one anything. ZERO. So you are taking over an established brand name with zero responsibilities but a brand new start with you. A company that’s been around for a minimum of a decade.
EVERYTHING is ours.
Which means, you will be buying into an established brand but with a clear slate, zero debt, and all-endless possibilities. You can basically go anywhere you want with it.
Buying this set of two companies, Stage for Kids Global and Stage for Kids International will give you both as-is with
- 10 Curricula sets for the drama program (12 lessons per curriculum)
- 10 Curricula sets for the art program (12 lessons per curriculum)
- All the above curricula are the minimum, i have more than 10 sets for each program, but the minimum you will get is 10 per program.
There are more curricula, and I’ll give them all to you – won’t be good for me in any way, so take, take, and take.
- All available books, toys, props
- Owndership of our streaming artists accounts that’s already on Spotify and iTunes, and all the songs we own
- All the softwares, LTDs, and applications we have
- The bank accounts
- 5 sets of musical scripts plus their songs (minimum)
- All social media accounts
- Vending Machine outside of Studio 77
- StageforKids.com – plus any resources under them that’s complete
- Anything else that you may have from both
Make this yours.
I have not set in stone my decision to sell – cause there’s just so much SFKG and SFKI can grow into, but I’m testing waters, maybe giving myself a week to explore this.
What am I going to do if I sell these?
I’m going to back to my second home, and that is Thailand. Age is catching up – I am not as feisty and dramatic, or fun, as I used to be. The age gap and thus behavior and attitude of the modern, and younger, generation are different – so perhaps these companies would be able to move better with newer owners, with better direction, more inspiration and energy.
I’ll take time to reflect about life and what I’m going to do for the rest of it. Before I work on my next project. Something less straining, something that’s less… business like, outside of Singapore.
So, do this please – if you are keen – send me your offer at shine@stageforkids.com, and let me know what you’d like to do with both SFK and SFKI.
If I see something decent, this could happen immediately and you could be the new owners of both Stage for Kids Global and Stage for Kids International.
Life is so full of adventure. Maybe this is yours, and I know where mine will be. Get fun.
See you guys.
Love, Teacher Emil
